I, once, asked if I have big interest in fashion and may have a will to have the fashion item that I post in my blog. Actually, Yes , I have interest in fashion, it is because I was adoring the work of the designer, the idea behind the couture and the beauty of its work. And NO, for the will to have the item. Since I don’t earn my own money, the items were so out of my wallet. So , NO.
One of the designer I adore so much is Valentino. I love how their creative directors, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli made the details in their gowns. The detailed always amused me and this Pre-Fall collection work is amazing.
I once saw the work of Sandro Botticelli, The Primavera and realized the whole collection is inspired by this painting. The detailed embroidery is made by British textile designer Celia Birtwell and part of collection is collaborated with Italian Pop Artist Giosetta Fioroni. The part I loved much is the space inspired look in the part of the runaway. They were BEAUTIFUL.
Fashion can’t change the world—would that it were that easy—but even a committed nihilist would be hard-pressed to deny the beauty of a series of sheer gowns embroidered with stars, planets, and swirling constellations.
